Alcohol not included. We’ll provide you with a personalized shopping list based on your final menu and guest count. We are fully insured and licensed to serve at private events.

- We are fully licensed and insured.
- Alcohol is not included in any package (dry hire model).
- We provide a detailed alcohol shopping list based on your custom menu.
- Service available to guests 21+ with valid ID.
By booking services with Lush Concepts SC, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
- Bookings made less than 14 days before the event must be paid in full at the time of the booking.
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If the event is canceled within 7 days of the event date, no refunds will be issued.
- In case of inclement weather for outdoor events, a covered backup location must be provided. We are not liable for weather-related cancellations.
- Lush Concepts does not provide or sell alcohol. We operate under a dry hire model and will supply a detailed shopping list for the client to purchase all alcohol.
- The client assumes all responsibility for the purchase, transportation, and legality of serving alcohol at their event.
- Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 21 and over with valid identification. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone visibly intoxicated or without ID.
- Our staff is professional, certified, and insured. Bartenders will arrive 30–60 minutes before the event for setup.
- Bartenders are not responsible for handling unruly guests or event security.
- We reserve the right to shut down service if guest behavior compromises staff safety.
- The client must provide a clean and safe work environment, including access to water and electricity (if needed).
- Adequate space and shelter (if outdoors) must be provided for setup.
- Client must secure any permits or venue approvals required for alcohol service.
- Lush Concepts is not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from alcohol consumption before, during, or after the event.
- We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance, but the client assumes responsibility for any incidents related to guest behavior.
- The client is responsible for any damages to bar equipment or property caused by guests.
- Basic cleanup of the bar area is included; however, excessive cleanup may result in an additional fee.
- Events beyond 25 miles from our base location will incur a $1 per mile travel fee.
- Overtime is available at $75/hour per bartender and must be approved in advance.
- Unless otherwise specified in writing, we reserve the right to take photos and/or videos during the event for promotional use.
